333oks Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 333oks (hereinafter referred to as "333oks", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the 333oks website at https://333oks.net, including all related services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By accessing the 333oks platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease your use of the 333oks platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms apply in conjunction with any supplementary policies published on the 333oks platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

333oks reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 333oks will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a platform notification visible upon login. Your continued use of the 333oks platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Use of the 333oks platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 333oks strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18. Age verification documents will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may be requested at any time thereafter. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gambling activities, you are not eligible to use 333oks.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active 333oks account. Each individual player is permitted exactly one registered account. Players found to hold multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Own identity: You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registering on behalf of another person, using a fictitious identity, or providing false documentation during the KYC process are all prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on 333oks or any other platform where 333oks has agreed to honour cross-platform exclusion arrangements. If you are in a self-exclusion period and attempt to open a new account, any winnings accrued will be void and the account will be closed.

333oks reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account that cannot satisfy these eligibility requirements to 333oks's reasonable satisfaction.

To access the full range of 333oks products — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games — you are required to register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

3.1 — Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

333oks operates a mandatory KYC verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the past three months)

333oks reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, or restrict gameplay pending completion of the KYC process. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed to 333oks's satisfaction within a reasonable period may be closed and deposits refunded to the original payment method.

3.2 — Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333oks account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) codes sent to your registered mobile number. 333oks will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and keep your registered mobile number current
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device
• Notify 333oks support immediately at support@333oks.net if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

333oks accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, unless such losses are directly attributable to a security failure on the part of the 333oks platform itself.

3.3 — Account Information Accuracy

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information held on your 333oks account is accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, you must update your account promptly. 333oks cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment delays resulting from outdated account information.

333oks supports a range of payment methods that are widely used by players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the 333oks platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and are subject to the following terms.

4.1 — Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 333oks does not charge a fee for processing deposits. Any transaction charges applied by the payment provider are outside 333oks's control and are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 333oks wallet automatically upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delay, contact support at support@333oks.net with your transaction reference number.
• 333oks reserves the right to reject a deposit if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.2 — Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 333oks account. This requirement cannot be waived.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 333oks may require completion of KYC verification and confirmation that any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
• 333oks reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• In the event that a withdrawal is declined, 333oks will communicate the reason to the player and, where possible, provide guidance on how to resolve the issue.
• Withdrawal requests for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification and may take longer to process. 333oks will communicate expected timelines in such cases.

4.3 — Currency and Exchange

All 333oks accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed game stakes, odds, bet amounts, winnings, bonuses, and promotional values are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. 333oks does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players should be aware that some international payment intermediaries may apply their own currency conversion fees, which are beyond 333oks's control.

333oks offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are designed to enhance the gaming experience and reward player loyalty. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, which are published alongside each individual offer. The general principles governing all 333oks bonuses are set out in this section.

5.1 — Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 333oks are subject to wagering requirements, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on every promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.

5.2 — Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to eligible players with verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed the KYC process are not eligible to receive or wager bonus funds.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 333oks reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or limit any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change does not disadvantage players who have already accepted and begun wagering a specific offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, and bonus funds carry no cash value outside of the 333oks platform.
• 333oks reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bonus was claimed through abusive, fraudulent, or collusive behaviour — including the use of automated betting systems designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting").

5.3 — Seasonal and Event-Based Promotions

333oks regularly runs promotional campaigns tied to major sporting events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup) and cultural occasions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day). These promotions have specific eligibility windows and expiry dates, which are stated on each campaign page. Promotional offers that expire before being fully wagered are forfeited and cannot be extended.

All sports bets, casino game rounds, slot spins, and fishing game sessions conducted on 333oks are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules displayed within the relevant product interface.

6.1 — Sportsbook Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to the displayed odds at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be displayed, 333oks reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up until the point when 333oks suspends the relevant market. Once a market is suspended, bets cannot be placed or edited. 333oks is not liable for connectivity issues on the player's side that prevent a live bet from being placed before market suspension.
• Cricket markets on 333oks cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, ICC Test matches, and other international fixtures. Specific market rules (e.g., what happens if a match is abandoned, reduced to a lower number of overs, or rescheduled) are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• 333oks reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, event, or player account at its discretion. Players with unusually high win rates or patterns consistent with matched betting may have stake restrictions applied.

6.2 — Casino and RNG Games

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games and slot titles on 333oks use certified random number generation systems. The outcome of each game round is statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or by 333oks.
• Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accessible within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino or RNG game round, the round result will be determined by the game server. Any winnings will be credited to your account upon reconnection. If the disconnection results in an ambiguous outcome, 333oks will review available server logs to determine the correct settlement.
• 333oks accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering.

6.3 — Void Bets and Disputed Outcomes

333oks reserves the right to void any bet or game round in the event of manifest error, technical malfunction, human error in pricing, or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud or collusion. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 14 days of the relevant event result being posted. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

By using the 333oks platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that could harm other players, harm the integrity of the platform, or violate any applicable law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 333oks:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or submitting fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one 333oks account, whether directly or through a third party, including using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers using matched betting, arbitrage strategies, automated software, or any other method designed to extract guaranteed profit without genuine play intent.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider on a deposit that was genuinely made to 333oks and used for gaming. 333oks reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds lost to fraudulent chargebacks.
• Automated access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated software to access, scrape, or interact with the 333oks platform without prior written consent.
• Money laundering: Using the 333oks platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of any criminal activity. 333oks is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward 333oks support staff or other users of the platform.

333oks reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, forfeit all associated balances, and refer the matter to the relevant legal authorities where appropriate. The determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred rests with 333oks, acting in good faith and based on available evidence.

333oks reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Any other circumstance where 333oks, acting in good faith, determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the player, other players, or the integrity of the platform

8.1 — Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 333oks account at any time by contacting support@333oks.net. Upon receiving a closure request, 333oks will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining real-money balance to the payment method on file, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 — Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period through the 333oks responsible gaming tools or by contacting support@333oks.net. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the active term. 333oks will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking deposit attempts and deactivating marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. 8.3 — Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 333oks may impose a monthly administrative fee on dormant accounts with a remaining real-money balance, provided that the applicable fee is clearly disclosed to the player at the time of registration and prior to the dormancy period commencing. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed without further notice.
